The winner agrees to allow mygolfGroup Travel and Nuasan to use their name and country of residence for the purpose of announcing the result of the Giveaway across email, website, and social media channels.
Terms & Conditions
Overview
By participating in the mygolfGroup Travel x Nuasan Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. The promoter of the Giveaway is mygolfGroup Travel, and the Giveaway is being run in collaboration with Nuasan.
Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on the date the Giveaway is announced. The closing date for all entries is 11:59 PM (GMT) on 30th June 2026. The winner will be announced on 1st July 2026.
Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

There are no geographical restrictions on participation; however, the prize can only be shipped to addresses within Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Winners outside these regions may be required to cover additional shipping or customs costs, or to nominate a delivery address within an eligible region.

Employees of mygolfGroup Travel, Nuasan, and their immediate families (spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings), as well as any individuals professionally connected with the Giveaway, are ineligible to participate.
Tee Times
The tee-times will vary across the three days/courses. The Tournament Director will endeavour, where possible, to fulfill requests for specific/preferred tee-times, however this connot be guaranteed and tee times may be subject to change. Timesheets will be made available to participants in advance of the tournament and in advance of the 2nd and 3rd day of the competition. Final day pairings will be decided by score.
Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising in connection with the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Entries submitted through any means other than the official entry form will not be accepted.

Giveaway Period

Entry Fee & Booking Terms
Various packages are available to participants and they are as follows.
Golf Only Package
The Golf Only package is priced at €310 per person (€620 per team).
2 Nights B&B at The Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee & Golf
The 2 Nights B&B at The Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee & 3 competition rounds of golf is priced at €430 per person sharing.
3 Nights B&B at The Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee & Golf
The 3 Nights B&B at The Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee & 3 competition rounds of golf is priced at €490 per person sharing.
2 Nights B&B at The Victoria Hotel, Killarney & Golf
The 2 Nights B&B at The Victoria Hotel, Killarney & 3 competition rounds of golf is priced at €480 per person sharing.
3 Nights B&B at The Victoria Hotel, Killarney & Golf
The 3 Nights B&B at The Victoria Hotel, Killarney & 3 competition rounds of golf is priced at €550 per person sharing.
All packages can only be reserved with a 25% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable after February 10th. The remaining balance of the package is due before 5pm on Thursday March 16th 2023.
Payments via Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card. Details will be sent upon booking.
Tournament Entry Fees are due in full by 5pm on Thursday 16th March 2023.
Accommodation
mygolfGroup have negotiated with a selection of locally based hotels and secured exclusive rate offers for players competing in The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING. We can provide players with suitable options upon request.
Please note: To avail of the rates listed above mygolfGroup will arrange your room(s)/accommodation for you upon request.
Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via email on 1st July 2026.

If the winner does not respond within 31 days, another winner will be randomly selected.
Prize Details

The winner will receive a Luxury Golf Trip to Ireland for 4 people, valued at over €10,000.

The trip includes:

5 nights of bed and breakfast accommodation:

2-night stay at Rosapenna Golf Resort, including rounds at Old Tom Morris, Sandyhills, and St. Patrick's Links.

2-night stay at Curran Gate Luxury Apartments, including a round at Portstewart Golf Club.

1-night stay at Slieve Donard Hotel, including a round at Ardglass Golf Club.

All transfers between accommodations and golf courses are included.

The trip must be taken in its entirety before 31st December 2026

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold, and no cash or alternative prize is available.

Prize can be extended and added to at the winners expense.
Competition Information, Dates & Courses
The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING is presented by mygolfGroup Events and will be played across Killarney Golf & Fishing Club’s Killeen Course, Tralee Golf Links, and Killarney Golf & Fishing Club’s Mahoney’s Point. A three day golf tournament played over consecutive days from Wednesday April 12th to Friday April 14th 2023.
Winner Announcement
Upon completion of play on Friday April 14th the winners of all prizes will be announced. Winners of the daily prizes will be informed prior to play the next day, and will be offered their prize if they do not wish to wait for the prize giving ceremony once play ends on Friday.
Refund or Cancellation of Play
Deposits (25% of the chosen package) are refundable until February 10th 2023. All cancellations made before 5pm on February 10th will have all payments made refunded in full. All deposits paid after February 10th are non-refundable. Balance payments are due before 5pm on March 16th. All cancellations made after this date will result in full forfeiture of payments made.
Bookings will only be transferable to another person at the discretion of the organisers.
In the event of a tournament cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, all players will be offered an alternative date or a refund of their tournament entry.

General Conditions

mygolfGroup Travel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances that compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries due to technical or human error.
Limitation of Liability
mygolfGroup Travel and Nuasan are not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the use of the prize. This includes any failure of equipment or internet service, any event of force majeure, or any loss or damage to the prize during shipping. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
