mygolfGroup Events | Terms & Conditions
Competition Information, Dates & Course
The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING is presented by mygolfGroup Events and will be played in Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort. A golf tournament played on Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th of July 2024.
Tournament Format
The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING is a standard singles stableford event (open to ladies and gents). Full explanation of scoring will be provided at player registration on the first morning at Druids Glen, should further explanation be required.
Entry Fee & Booking Terms
Entry Fee
The event is priced at €120 per person.
Payments via Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card. Details will be sent upon booking.
Tournament Entry Fees are due in full by 5pm May 31st 2024
Accommodation
If you are interested in accommodation options, mygolfGroup will arrange your room(s)/accommodation for you upon request.
Tee Times
The Tournament Director will endeavour, where possible, to fulfill requests for specific/preferred tee-times, however this connot be guaranteed and tee times may be subject to change. Timesheets will be made available to participants in advance of the tournament.
Handicaps
The event is open to WHS Handicap holders and those who do not hold a WHS handicap. In the event that a participant does not hold a WHS handicap, there is a maximum handicap allocation of 18 for men and 24 for ladies. Each participant’s Playing Handicap for the course will be printed on your scorecard upon registration.

Tee Times
The tee-times will vary across the three days/courses. The Tournament Director will endeavour, where possible, to fulfill requests for specific/preferred tee-times, however this connot be guaranteed and tee times may be subject to change. Timesheets will be made available to participants in advance of the tournament and in advance of the 2nd and 3rd day of the competition. Final day pairings will be decided by score.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments are refundable until May 31st 2024. All cancellations made before 5pm on May 31st will have all payments made refunded in full. All cancellations made after May 31st 2024 will result in full forfeiture of payments made.
Bookings will only be transferable to another person at the discretion of the organisers.
In the event of a tournament cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, all players will be offered an alternative date or a refund of their tournament entry.
Suspension or Cancellation of Play
Should play have to be suspended or cancelled by any event outside the control of the Event Organisers (ie. adverse weather etc) the organisers will make the final decision regarding revision of play and/or awarding of prizes.
Please Note:
All players should have adequate golfers insurance.
Decisions of the Tournament Director in relation to any of the above Terms and Conditions are final.

mygolfGroup have negotiated with a selection of locally based hotels and secured exclusive rate offers for players competing in The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING. We can provide players with suitable options upon request.
Please note: To avail of the rates listed above mygolfGroup will arrange your room(s)/accommodation for you upon request.
Prizes
There will be prizes for: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and Best Gross. There will also be prizes on each hole. To qualify for the individual hole prizes, a player must score a birdie or better on a hole to qualify into the draw for that hole. All golfers that meet the qualifying criteria will be entered into a draw and a name will be drawn from a hat for each hole. The 12th hole par 3 is the only hole with a unique winning criteria. To win the prize on this hole, one must score a hole-in-one. If in the event there are multiple hole-in-ones, the players will be entered into a draw and one picked at random. Players that have already won a prize on a hole are then ineligible from winning a prize for another hole. The trip to Portugal for 4 people includes 3 nights B&B + 2 rounds of golf + Transfers. Flights are not included in the prize.

Competition Information, Dates & Courses
The mygolfGroup Events in association with PING is presented by mygolfGroup Events and will be played across Killarney Golf & Fishing Club’s Killeen Course, Tralee Golf Links, and Killarney Golf & Fishing Club’s Mahoney’s Point. A three day golf tournament played over consecutive days from Wednesday April 12th to Friday April 14th 2023.
Winner Announcement
Upon completion of play on Friday April 14th the winners of all prizes will be announced. Winners of the daily prizes will be informed prior to play the next day, and will be offered their prize if they do not wish to wait for the prize giving ceremony once play ends on Friday.
Refund or Cancellation of Play
Deposits (25% of the chosen package) are refundable until February 10th 2023. All cancellations made before 5pm on February 10th will have all payments made refunded in full. All deposits paid after February 10th are non-refundable. Balance payments are due before 5pm on March 16th. All cancellations made after this date will result in full forfeiture of payments made.

Winner Announcements
Upon completion of play on Friday July 26th the winners of all prizes will be announced.
